Located just inside the bustling M25 is the community of Loudwater. Without a pub or shop or other community focus, the 450 or so houses that comprise Loudwater are held together by the invisible glue of the Loudwater Residents Association.
This organisation, run entirely by volunteer residents, seeks to maintain the unique character that attracted each of us to make Loudwater our home.
The LRA serves the community interests of the whole of Loudwater, providing a focus for community activities, encouraging friendship and neighbourliness. We organise a number of social events throughout the year and support the activities of a number of clubs that have been formed over the years to meet the interests of residents.
As well as this website and email, our quarterly newsletter – The Ol’ Trout – keeps members informed about local events.

We encourage all residents to become members of the LRA, to take an interest in their local community and strengthen the voice of the LRA in the wider area.
We hope you will be very happy living in Loudwater and look forward to meeting you and getting to know you and your family.
